We're a Canadian company, and when we started looking around the industry we kept finding other Canadian businesses quietly making excellent gear for the exact conditions we all drive in. Nobody engineers for a Canadian winter like people who park in one.

So here's our running list of Canadian car-accessory companies worth your money. We don't earn anything from these mentions — it's just the list we'd send a friend.

Rust protection — Ontario's specialty

Nowhere does road salt like Ontario, so it tracks that the country's rust-control heavyweights are all here.

Bloomco (Burlington, ON) — family-owned since 1987, blending their own soaps and detailing chemicals in Ontario. The kind of supplier local detailing shops quietly swear by.
