Lifetime Limited Warranty

Mat up! Inc. warrants that its floor mats and liners will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, subject to the terms below.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects, for example seams or anchors that fail, layers that separate, or a mat that does not match the fitment it was sold for, for as long as you own the vehicle the product was purchased for. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Exposure to severe abrasive conditions
- Chemical contamination, including gasoline, bleach, solvents, or similar substances
- Damage from vehicle accidents
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Products purchased from an unauthorized seller
What we will do
If a defect is covered, we will replace the affected piece and ship it to you at no additional charge. If a replacement is not available, we will issue store credit for the value of the product.
Administration fee
A $20 administration fee applies to each warranty claim. It is payable once the claim is approved and before the replacement ships.
How to make a claim
All warranty claims, including for products purchased through Amazon or at a retail store, are handled through our website.
- Complete the Warranty Request form on our website.
- Include your order number or proof of purchase, tell us where you bought the product (matup.ca, Amazon, or retail store), and attach photos that clearly show the issue.
- A representative will review the claim and respond within 1 business day.
