Warranty request

We are sorry to hear something went wrong with your Mat up! car mats. Please fill in the form below so our customer service team can process your warranty request. Include your order number or proof of purchase, tell us where you bought the mats (matup.ca, Amazon, or retail store), and attach photos that clearly show the issue. All warranty claims, regardless of where you purchased, are handled here.

Every Mat up! product is covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damage from chemicals or improper cleaning, accidents, misuse, and modifications. A $20 administration fee applies to each warranty claim; if the defect is covered, we replace the affected piece and ship it at no additional charge.
