Politique d’expédition

All orders placed with Mat Up! Inc. ("Mat Up") are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, Mat Up will promptly notify you and issue a full refund via your original payment method.

Once your order has been successfully placed, an estimated delivery date will be provided. Unless otherwise specified (for example, for pre-order items), orders received before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day, and orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the next standard business day following the order date. Please note that Mat Up does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times may vary based on factors such as carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the shipping method selected, and the specific items ordered. Orders may also be sent in multiple shipments when necessary. Mat Up cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

A delivery photo or recipient signature provided by the shipping carrier will be considered conclusive proof of delivery. Once such proof is available, no refunds or replacements will be issued for claims of non-receipt. Mat Up takes care to ensure that every order is packaged and shipped safely.

Mat Up! reserves the right to cancel and refund any order it chooses not to fulfill.
